- Items must be returned within 07 days of the purchase date and must be accompanied by the original receipt.
- Cash refunds are not available. Exchanges only.
- An item may be exchanged only once.
- The value of the exchange item must be equal to or greater than the value of the returned item. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
- LAKARCADE will not be responsible for any damage occurring after purchase, and damaged items are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Gems, jewellery, and specially discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and original condition, including all components, undamaged packaging, attached labels, accessories, and parts.
- Fabric items (including handloom, batik, and textiles) must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags and labels attached.
- Food items with an expiry date of less than three (3) months from the date of return are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Transportation or collection services will not be provided for exchange items. Customers are responsible for bringing the item to the showroom.
- All exchange requests are subject to approval by the Showroom Manager, and the Chief Operating Officer (COO) reserves the right to make the final decision.
