Exchange conditions
The following 11 conditions apply to returns and exchanges.
- Return window Items must be returned within 07 days of purchase with the original receipt.
- Exchange only Cash refunds are not available. Exchanges only.
- One-time exchange An item may be exchanged only once.
- Exchange value The price of the exchange item must be equal to or greater than the price of the returned item.
- After-purchase damage LAKARCADE is not responsible for damage after purchase. Items damaged after purchase cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Excluded items Gems, jewellery, and specially discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
- Original condition Products must be returned in their original packaging and original condition, including all components, undamaged packaging, attached labels, accessories, and parts.
- Fabric items Fabric items (including handloom, batik, and textiles) must be unworn, unwashed, and otherwise unused, with original tags and labels attached.
- Food items Food items with close expiry dates (within three months) cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Customer transport No transport service will be provided for exchange items.
- Final approval All refunds and exchanges are subject to approval by the Showroom Manager. The Chief Operating Officer (COO) makes the final decision.
