Some Shastras even mention certain remedies with the help of which one can boost their financial stance and get rid of any obstacle coming their way to success. The elephant is considered a holy animal in Hindu religion as it is associated with Lord Ganesha, who is revered as the remover of the obstacle. Hindu devotees worship him with the belief that he would discard all the struggles of their life and would bless them with joy, prosperity, and health.
Avalokiteśvara is a bodhisattva who embodies the compassion of all Buddhas. This magnificent bronze Bodhisattva statue was discovered in 1968 at Veragala Sirisangabo Vihara, Allavava (Anuradhapura district, Sri Lanka). The eyes are inlaid with rock-crystals and the elaborately plaited jatamakuta is inset with precious stones. The large empty space in the centre of the hairdress was probably inset with a cameo figure of a Buddha; a reasonable assumption since, with the exception of a very worn statue, all other images seated in the same position hear an effigy of the Tathagata Amitabha in the head-dress. It is interesting to point out that all images seated in a combination of lalitasana and rajalilasana display the kataka mudra with the right hand, a gesture intended to hold an attribute.

Protection, good luck, wisdom, and fertility are the main feng shui energies brought by the symbol of the elephant into any space, be it home or office. The elephant's trunk has a complex language of its own, and this is the detail you would pay most attention when choosing the elephant symbol as a feng shui cure (along with its colors and material, of course).
